Cutting Boards
Our Philosophy
At Copper Dragon Woodworking, we are working to make you the highest quality cutting boards. They are all handmade and will not disappoint. Custom orders are available, and encouraged since we would love for you to have the cutting board of your dreams. All of the style names are named after the characters from a 12 year old D&D campaign. Any of which you could choose from to make your custom cutting board. Or you could just wing it. I you have an idea don't be afraid to ask, you may just find your name up there with a cutting board right next to it.
Our Materials
We only use hard woods for our cutting boards that are deemed food safe. All are made as edge grain cutting boards using food safe/waterproof wood glue (Titebond III) for the glue up. We also only use mineral oil and bees wax to finish the boards to keep them food safe. We also use our own mixture of Bees wax and mineral oil as a conditioner. There are no chemicals or stains used on our boards.
Our Services
In addition to cutting boards, we also make butcher block counter tops. This one was made with cherry, walnut and maple. It doesn't stop there we can also make free standing coffee bars or regular bars using the same tops. if you won't be cutting on them, we can finish in polyurethane.
